Motorcycle protective garments standard. • AAA Rating: Highest abrasion resistance class — survives 4+ seconds of slide at 45km/h impact simulation • Zone 1 Coverage: Critical impact zones (shoulders, elbows, knees) must meet highest protection levels • Seam Strength: All load-bearing seams tested to minimum 270N tensile strength • Cut Resistance: Outer shell tested against blade and abrasive surface cuts • Ergonomic Fit Testing: Garment must not restrict movement or shift protector position during impact

Motorcycle rider protective equipment standard. • Level 1: Transmitted force must not exceed 35kN average — suitable for road/street riding • Level 2: Transmitted force must not exceed 20kN average — required for track and race use • Coverage Zones: Shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, and back protectors all tested independently • Temperature Range: Protectors tested at -10°C to +40°C to ensure consistent performance • Retention Testing: Armour must stay in correct position during dynamic movement and impact

Every MotorToWear suit is made to your exact measurements. We guarantee a precise fit when measurements are submitted correctly using our measurement guide. If there is a manufacturing error on our part, we will cover all return shipping costs and alter or remake the garment at no charge.
All garments are custom made-to-order and cannot be returned for a refund. We distinguish between two types of alterations: (1) Manufacturing Error — if the garment does not match your submitted measurements due to our error, we cover all return shipping costs and will alter or remake at no charge. (2) Customer-Requested Alterations — if you wish to change the fit or style after the order is made to your specifications, return shipping costs to our Pakistan workshop are the customer's responsibility.
