Fit & Measurements
What if my jacket doesn't fit when it arrives?
Because every jacket is made to your exact measurements, fit issues are rare — but we understand that measuring yourself at home isn't always perfect. If your jacket doesn't fit correctly, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll work with you to resolve it. Minor adjustments can often be made by a local leather tailor, and we'll advise you on exactly what to ask for. For significant fit issues caused by measurement errors on our end, we'll arrange alterations or a remake.
Can I get alterations after I receive my jacket?
Yes. Leather jackets can be altered by a skilled leather tailor — sleeves can be shortened, waist can be taken in, and lining can be replaced. We recommend finding a local leather specialist for minor adjustments. If you need guidance on what's possible, reach out to us and we'll advise based on your specific jacket.
How do I take my measurements correctly?
We have a detailed step-by-step guide covering every measurement we need. Visit our Measurement Guide before placing your order. If you're unsure about any measurement, send us a WhatsApp message and we'll walk you through it.
Do you offer standard sizes as well as custom?
All our jackets are made to your measurements — we don't produce standard off-the-shelf sizes. This ensures the best possible fit and protection for every rider.
Safety & Protection
Is the armour CE certified?
Yes. All our riding gear is fitted with CE Level 2 certified armour as standard at the shoulders, elbows, and back (where specified). CE Level 2 is the highest impact-protection rating under EN 1621-1 (limb armour) and EN 1621-2 (back armour) — the applicable European standards for motorcycle protective equipment. No upgrade or additional cost is required; CE Level 2 protection is included in every order.
What leather do you use and how protective is it?
We use premium full-grain cowhide leather, which is the highest grade of leather available. Full-grain leather offers superior abrasion resistance compared to split or corrected-grain leather — a critical factor in a motorcycle accident. The thickness and quality of our leather is selected specifically for riding gear, not fashion.
Are your products suitable for track use?
Our motorcycle jackets are designed primarily for road riding and touring. For track use of jackets, we recommend discussing your specific requirements with us before ordering — we can advise on leather weight, armour specification, and construction details appropriate for your use case.
Our dedicated Race Suits and Tracksuits are purpose-built for track days and lap sessions, with CE Level 2 armour, reinforced construction, and materials selected for circuit riding. If you're looking for track-ready protection, these are the right choice.
The Hand-Painted Artwork
Will the hand-painted artwork crack or fade over time?
Our artwork is applied using specialist leather paints and sealed with a flexible protective finish designed specifically for leather. When cared for correctly, the artwork will age gracefully alongside the leather — developing character without cracking or significant fading. We provide care instructions with every jacket.
Can I request a fully custom design?
Yes — custom commissions are welcome. Contact us with your design idea, reference images, or concept and our artists will work with you to develop it. Custom design commissions may carry an additional fee depending on complexity. Get in touch to discuss your idea.
How do I care for a hand-painted leather jacket?
Keep the leather conditioned with a quality leather conditioner (avoid products containing silicone or petroleum). Store away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not machine wash. For the painted areas, avoid harsh solvents or abrasive cleaning. A damp cloth is sufficient for surface dirt. Full care instructions are included with your jacket.
Orders & Production
How long does production take?
Each jacket is made to order and typically takes 4–6 weeks from the time we receive and confirm your measurements. Complex custom artwork commissions may take longer. We'll give you a production timeline when your order is confirmed and keep you updated throughout.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Changes can be accommodated within 48 hours of placing your order, before production begins. After cutting has started, changes to measurements or design may not be possible. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to make a change.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Because every jacket is made specifically to your measurements and design, we are unable to offer standard returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or a significant error on our part, we will remake or repair the jacket at no cost to you. Please review our full Refund Policy before ordering.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide with full tracking. Shipping is free on all orders.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
Import duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering. EU customers should be aware of import VAT applicable on goods from outside the EU.
How will my jacket be packaged?
Your jacket is carefully packaged to protect both the leather and the artwork during transit. We use protective wrapping and sturdy outer packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
