2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We sell motorcycle clothing and related products, including standard-size, customised, and made-to-measure items.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, measurements, materials, prices, and images accurately. Colours and appearance may vary depending on the customer’s screen and, for handmade or customised products, normal production variation.
Customers are responsible for checking product details, measurements, options, colours, and personalisation before submitting an order.
3. CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-MEASURE PRODUCTS
Some MotorToWear products are manufactured or customised according to measurements, colours, designs, names, logos, or other specifications supplied or approved by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate measurements and customisation instructions. Production may begin after order confirmation, payment, measurement approval, or design approval, depending on the product.
Custom and made-to-measure products may have different cancellation and return rights from standard products. Please review our Return and Refund Policy before ordering.
4. ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin processing or production.
We may contact the customer to confirm measurements, design details, delivery information, or other order requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing, unavailable materials, incomplete customisation information, or an inability to fulfil the order. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue any refund that is legally due.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown at checkout. Customers must review the final product price, shipping charge, currency, and order total before completing payment.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders may not enter production or be dispatched until payment has been successfully received.
For destinations available at checkout, MotorToWear pays the import duties and taxes associated with delivery of your order, as explained in our Shipping Policy. Any taxes charged at checkout are shown before you complete payment.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing and delivery estimates depend on the product, customisation requirements, destination, carrier, and customs procedures.
Made-to-order production time is separate from shipping transit time. Any delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Please review our Shipping Policy for current processing, delivery, tracking, customs, and contact information.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, alterations, and cancellations are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
Different conditions may apply to standard products and goods made to a customer’s specifications. Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, or use its content in a misleading or unlawful way.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. We may also use third-party payment, delivery, analytics, communication, and advertising services.
