1. Order Processing & Handling Time
Standard Items: Orders for off-the-shelf items are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Bespoke / Custom Orders: Custom and made-to-measure leather suits require dedicated manufacturing time. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks before shipment. You will receive progress updates and tracking information once completed.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address:
Domestic Shipping (UK): 2–4 business days via standard courier.
International Shipping (EU & Worldwide): 5–10 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.
Note: Express shipping options, if selected, apply to transit times only and do not shorten production times for custom orders.
3. Tracking & Order Status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments within the UK and EU, applicable taxes are handled at checkout where required.
For international shipments outside these regions, customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied upon arrival.
