Every MotorToWear one-piece race suit is handcrafted to your measurements for a close, made-to-measure fit. Choose full-grain cowhide or premium kangaroo leather, then personalise the colours, logos, rider name, number, and patch placement.

Fully Custom Design

• Built to order using 15–25 body measurements
• Custom colours, logos, rider name, race number, and patches
• Country flag patch available on request
• 2D or 3D design mock-up supplied for approval before production

Leather Options

• Full-grain cowhide, 1.3 mm: durable leather construction for regular track and road use
• Premium kangaroo leather: a lighter leather option with high tensile strength and a supple feel

Armour and Construction

• Removable CE-certified armour inserts at the shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and back
• Certification applies to the removable armour inserts, not to the complete suit
• TPU external sliders at the shoulders, elbows, and knees
• Kevlar/aramid stretch panels at the inner arms, crotch, calves, and chest
• Accordion leather flex zones at the lower back, knees, and shoulders
• Perforated panels with a breathable mesh lining
• YKK zippers and armour pockets

How Ordering Works

2. Submit your measurements using our measurement guide.
3. Send your colours, logos, rider name, number, and design brief.
4. Review the design mock-up and approve it before production.
5. Allow approximately 3–4 weeks for handcrafted production.
